My Health and Wellness Coaching training and my own health journey has impacted my work as a health-oriented counselor/therapist.  I understand health challenges.  I know about chronic pain and about cancer diagnoses.  All of these experiences cause me to listen first and then support you in taking whatever steps you determine are the next right steps.
